Typical Hiring Profile Skill Set :

Must Have : CST for scrub tech, RN license for nurses.

Preferred : CNOR for nurses.

Typical Procedures : CABG, AVR, MVR, aortic replacements, vascular procedures, heart transplants.

Best Personality Fit : HCA culture.

Floating Area : Spine OR.

Dress Code : Scrub color / attire provided for OR staff.

Unit Guidelines / Policies : Protocol for on-call response is 45 minutes, measured from call to clocking in.

Weekends and On-Call : Weekends and nights covered by call shifts.
