Our client, a Global Sports Advertising Marketing Firm known for its innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture, is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst for a newly created role. This position offers the opportunity to manage full-cycle payroll across multiple jurisdictions while serving as a critical bridge between Payroll, Accounting, and Tax.
Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for U.S., Canada, and Mexico (multi-state experience required)
- Handle new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions
- Administer garnishments and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts, journal entries, and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll and tax reports; support audits and reconciliations
- Maintain and improve payroll systems (ADP, Workday preferred)
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated employee payroll issues
- Partner on payroll-related projects and process improvements
