Our facilities are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) for excellence in staff qualifications, image quality, safety, and quality assurance.\n\nPosition Summary\n\nAs an Ambulatory Care RN, you will provide patient-centered care in an outpatient or post-acute transitional setting. Patients typically receive treatment and return home the same day.   • Apply specialized ambulatory care nursing knowledge to promote wellness, restore health, and support end-of-life care.\n
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.\n
  • Deliver age-appropriate care, demonstrating understanding of growth and development across the lifespan.\n
  • Prescribe, delegate, coordinate, and document care including assessments, education, medication administration, and safety.\n
  • Demonstrate competency in nursing skills and equipment use.\n
  • Prioritize care based on patient needs and evidence-based standards.\n
  • Practice effective problem-solving and task delegation aligned with team member qualifications.\n\nQualifications\n\nEducation / Training : \n
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing\n
  • Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and the unit / department\n\nLicensure / Certification\n
  • Current RN license in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)\n
  • Current BLS / Healthcare Provider certification\n
  • ACLS, NRP, PALS, or TNCC may be required depending on the department\n\nExperience\n
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience required (unless approved by AVP level or above)
