A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide empathetic support to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families via phone, email, and chat
Assist with scheduling, intake, billing, and insurance questions
Document all interactions in the CRM / EHR and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years in customer or patient support, preferably in healthcare or telehealth
Proficiency with CRM / EHR systems and communication tools
Understanding of HIPAA and health insurance processes
Bi-lingual communication skills (English / Spanish) preferred
