Scheduler
We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to support energy projects by managing and analyzing project schedules. The role involves establishing baseline schedules, integrating contractor schedules, and leading a scheduling team to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Establish baseline schedules, including durations, critical path, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, and resource histograms.
- Update and analyze detailed execution schedules for major programs.
- Review and integrate contractor schedules into the program master schedule on a monthly basis.
- Act as the lead to manage the scheduling team for the project.
- Organize and chair monthly schedule review meetings with the client team.
- Chair bi-weekly schedule update calls with discipline leads.
- Develop and update project progress monthly.
- Review subcontractor schedules and monitor their performance.
- Perform Earned Value analysis reports.
- Manage schedule changes and perform time impact analyses to determine the extent of potential delays.
- Provide recommendations for schedule recovery and resolve scope changes or delays.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Primavera P6.Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience in developing and managing project schedules.Experience in the civil infrastructure or energy / transmission distribution market.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience supporting large mega projects.Knowledge of critical path method analysis / technique with Primavera.Project financial forecasting skills.Experience with Change Order and Extension of Time analysis.Experience working with cross-functional teams and within large client programs.Effective reporting and communication skills.Experience in preparing project reports and documentation.Experience in building construction or project management.Construction / transmission experience is a plus.Work Environment
The role offers flexibility with options for hybrid or remote work. Preferred candidates are local to Duluth, with Minneapolis / Minnesota being the next preference, requiring monthly visits to Duluth. The third preference is for candidates from the Midwest working remotely. The position involves working with the enterprise T&D group on mega projects related to transmission construction valued at $50M+.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $69.00 / hr.
