This position requires an individual with 1-3 years of experience in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, MVC, SQL, unit testing, and React Native. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React Native or Vue.js is a plus.

You must be authorized for permanent work in the USA and reside in the Lubbock, Texas area. The job is based at our main office in Lubbock.

About Tandem

Since 2007, our team has been developing Tandem, an online compliance software aimed at simplifying information security compliance for financial institutions.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features and enhancements for the Tandem SaaS web application built on the Microsoft stack.
  • Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Participate in agile / scrum development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning.
  • Work with team members to overcome technical challenges and improve the product.
