Position Summary

TEi is seeking a highly experienced Sr Contracts Specialist to join a dynamic team at its Tulsa, OK or La Palma, CA offices. In this role the Sr Contracts Specialist will assist with the review, negotiation, and drafting of contracts to ensure protection and compliance with corporate risk standards; coordinate insurance matters; review and coordinate letters of credit and bank guarantees; provide support for corporate governance matters; and perform administrative and other duties to support the Legal Department.

Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and draft terms and conditions for agreements, including purchase orders, change orders and other forms of agreements, with customers and vendors, all with attorney support as required.
• Understand and apply legal principles for various forms of agreements and document preparation, with attorney support as required.
• Coordinate insurance matters with the Corporate Risk Management department including reviews of contract insurance terms, certificates of insurance, and annual insurance renewals.
• Perform export control and sanctions due diligence and coordinate efforts with outside counsel as directed.
• Assist with state and local contractor licensing applications and renewals, including research of applicable laws and regulations.
