Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are interviewing for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to interview immediately. Please see details below :

Location : Willimantic, Connecticut

Details & Requirements :

• Full Time : October 15, 2025 - June 16, 2026
• Cover one elementary school site conducting observations, updating behavior plans and completing FBAs
• Will travel to sites where students are having challenges and observing and offering strategies to the teacher
• Write BIP / FBAs and attend the initial IEP meeting to review their reports

Emphasis on assisting Gen Ed. and Conducting FBA's
