We are seeking a service manager for our family-owned and operated HVAC company. We have invested extensively in our service department over the past several years and it has grown into an important and sustaining part of our business.

We are a flexible, collaborative operation and look forward to identifying a great fit to take the lead in the service department. We have a stable customer base and the majority of our service business is for repeat customers. We also have a large construction side that helps balance the quieter times for the service department.

Core responsibilities will be setting the schedule, employee training and relations, helping with more complex billing questions, hiring & training, coordinating office-field communications, and contributing to the vision and future of the service department.  We envision the right fit for this position to be a mix of office and field time.

Given the senior level of the position, we are open minded about structuring compensation and benefits. We will do what it takes for the ideal fit with our team. We prioritize communication and working together / getting along, so we place as much priority on everyone being a good fit together as with a specific technical skill set.
