A company is looking for a Claims Processor LPO.
Key Responsibilities
Identifies coverage, sets up new claims, and assigns appropriate personnel
Documents claims and handles incoming correspondence related to claims inquiries
Performs daily activities including tracking claims status and managing customer interactions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, preferably in auto insurance
Basic knowledge of word processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Capable of performing sedentary tasks for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
