Key Responsibilities
Project manage implementation or evolution of Employee Relations owned policies and provide insights on other workplace policies
Assist in developing and implementing governance processes for policy development and maintenance
Consult with cross-functional teams on compliance and operational programs related to Employee Relations policies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of employee relations or human resources experience in a large, complex organization
Proven expert knowledge of state and federal employment laws
Experience with policy writing, development, and socialization
Experience managing large scale projects
Demonstrated advanced consultation and influencing skills
