Our commercial division is growing, and we're seeking a Commercial Roofing Production Supervisor to join our Indianapolis team immediately. This is a leadership role where you'll guide crews, support project managers, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and with the highest level of quality. Responsibilities and Duties

• Start all jobs with meeting with homeowner / business owner
• Oversee work of all project managers
• Pick up or order all materials for job
• Perform quality control on all jobs
• Approve time cards / commission reports
• Collect payment on all projects
