GAC Enterprises is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate residential construction projects. In this leadership role, you will manage crews, collaborate with project managers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate regularly with Construction Managers and clients to ensure contract deliverables are met.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and construction standards on all job sites.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure material availability for ongoing projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to improve completion timelines.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure quality performance.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to the Project Manager.
