Job Coach - Part Time

Are you looking for a rewarding position and help make a difference in someone's life?  he Arc of Iroquois County helps individuals with Intellectual and / or Developmental Disabilities learn, grow and participate in their communities.

The Job Coach provides guidance and instruction to the people supported in navigating job responsibilities and the importance of good work ethic.  The job coach provides transportation to and from all the job sites.  We have job sites throughout Iroquois County as well as Kentland.

If you are 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid driver's license and motivated to work while having a great time assisting others, The Arc of Iroquois County is the place for you.

Starting wage is $17.75. You are then eligible for an increase up to 5% after your 1st year of service. When working the weekend, which starts at 3p on Friday and runs through Monday at 6a, you will receive an additional $1 per hour. Positions available are Part-time. The hours available are varied. The jobs sites have varied start times. Some could start as early as 5am then others start around 4p and end at 8p. The hours depend on the job that the person supported has that you will be coaching. You will receive more details during the interview process.
