Administrative Assistant (Rockville)

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the senior leadership at a dynamic DC-based organization. This role will handle a wide range of administrative and project-based tasks, ensuring efficient operations and strong communication across the executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include :

• Provide high-level administrative support, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and manage follow-up tasks
• Assist with expense reporting, reimbursements, and recordkeeping
• Maintain calendars and support logistics for meeting and event planning
• Collaborate with internal teams on projects and special initiatives
• Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications Include :

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
