A company is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant who will provide advanced clerical and administrative support to leaders within the assigned area(s).
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, coordinate travel, reconcile expenses, and support leaders with complex scheduling needs
Prepare reports, statistical spreadsheets, and assist with special projects requiring advanced administrative support
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including setup, audiovisual needs, and expense tracking
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED required; associate's degree preferred
Five years of related experience required (previous Admin Assistant, receptionist, office manager)
Thorough working knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment required
Notary Public preferred
