The Surgical Services Manager oversees the daily operations of our surgical department, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency. This is a full-time position that offers an annual incentive program and a highly competitive paid leadership time off structure.

As the leader of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a staff of 143 members, including 7 direct reports. You will also oversee the operations of 27 operating rooms and collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.

Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining best practices in surgical procedures and patient safety, fostering a positive and supportive team environment, and collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals.

\\Required Skills and Qualifications\

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.\
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.\
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.\
• Recent first-line management experience.\
• Three years of clinical experience.\
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.\
