Marketing Specialist
U.S. Bank is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Consumer Lending product marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will play a leading role supporting the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to acquire new lending clients and deepen with existing clients to drive lending growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize measurable, customer-centric marketing programs to support business line goals.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and other teams to create messaging and marketing materials.
- Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce and place materials that are branded and compliant.
- Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment.
- Be aware of changing market dynamics and collaborate with team to test and learn new ways to engage customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies.
- Complete projects on time and on budget.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree4-6 years of experience in marketingPreferred Skills / Experience

This role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
