In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our scheduling operationsensuring our residents receive the highest level of care by keeping nursing staff coverage strong and efficient.

Shift : Full Time, Weekdays, Day Shift Starting Rate : $19 to $23 based on experience

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily and weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all nursing units.
• Monitor call-offs, arrange coverage, and communicate updates with supervisors and team members.
• Track and manage time-off requests, shift swaps, and attendance records.
• Collaborate closely with HR and nursing leadership to support staffing needs and retention goals.
• Maintain compliance with state and facility staffing requirements.
• Build strong relationships with staff by being approachable, fair, and solution focused.
