Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Producer located in Cleveland, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including generating new business through insurance sales, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. The role will also involve explaining and recommending insurance policies, preparing policy quote comparisons, and maintaining relationships with clients and insurance companies.

Qualifications

• Insurance Sales and Insurance skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid insurance license in Ohio
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
