Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a float position in Med / Surg Telemetry and PCU with strong cardiac care skills and required licensure.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Float RN position covering Med / Surg Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
  • Care for post-cardiac catheterization and cardiac patients
  • Day shift from 06 : 45 to 19 : 15
  • Every other Friday and Saturday required as part of weekend coverage
  • 13-week assignment
  • EPIC EMR experience required
  • Must be capable of floating between Med / Surg Telemetry and PCU as assigned
  • Candidate must have held ACLS certification in previous positions before contract consideration
  • Current vaccination status may be requested during onboarding
  • Local and travel candidates will be considered at the same rate

  • Active RI or compact RN license required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry and cardiac experience
  • Experience caring for post-cath and cardiac patients
  • EPIC documentation experience required
