Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and air handlers.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on job sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and company safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and service (commercial experience a plus).
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Familiarity with plumbing or electrical systems.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
