What Youll Do

As a Senior Medical Director, youll take the lead in guiding the medical vision for assigned brands. With independence and authority, youll serve as a trusted resource for both internal teams and clients ensuring that science, strategy, and creativity come together seamlessly.

You will :

• Own the day-to-day medical leadership of multiple accounts, building credibility as a trusted partner for clients.
• Critically review and guide content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand strategy.
• Translate complex science into compelling communications that capture the medical hook of a brand.
• Lead medically driven insights for pitches, crafting immersion sections and contributing to live presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams brand, strategy, creative, and engagement to deliver impactful, audience-centric solutions.
• Act as a mentor and guide for junior medical team members, fostering growth and high-quality work.
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging literature and industry developments, bringing fresh insights to clients and teams.

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000 annually
