Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers through various channels
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues, escalating when necessary
Maintain and update FAQs and Knowledge base with product updates
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong analytical mindset with tech-savvy skills
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
Experience with tools such as SQL, Zendesk, or JIRA is a plus
