job_description.job_card.job_descriptionValid Property & Casualty insurance license 5+ years in Commercial Lines Account Management, Proficiency in EPIC and experience with mid-size accounts preferred In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures Manage a mid-size book of business composed of real estate, commercial, residential, and construction accounts Maintain consistent direct contact with clients and deliver exceptional customer service Consult with clients to determine their coverage options and recommend the most suitable solutions Actively market new and renewal business opportunities Develop and nurture strong relationships with insurance carriers Conduct initial reviews of policies and prepare comprehensive coverage breakdowns Respond promptly to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters Assist in gathering renewal exposure information in collaboration with the producer Perform other job-related duties as assigned
