Physical Therapist- PT Home Health, Abilene, TX

Shift : M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

28 units per week

HH required

HCHB desired

No on call

Abilene and 60 mile radius, we also have other branches that may need assistance such as Albany, C. City, Eastland.

Home health and HCHB experience desired

Skills

Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required

Proof of current CPR certification - Required

Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required

1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required

Previous home care experience - Preferred

HCHB EMR preferred

Education

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
