We are now seeking an LPN Overnight Nurse Supervisor to join our team! Schedule is Monday-Friday 11p-7 : 30am.

What you'll do :

• Management of overnight staff through supervision, support and education.
• Resident triage and appropriate documentation.
• Direct resident medication assistance and care.
• Review of EMAR system, notes and medication audits.
• Appropriate and timely communication with staff, leadership, Physicians, Families and third party vendors.
