JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Manager - Intensive Care Unit

RN MGR - ICU

Full-Time MIXED SHIFT

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Intensive Care Unit will have the following job responsibilities :

• You will oversees the daily functions and staff of the Critical Care department
• You will assist the department Director in development and review of the departmental budget
• You will regularly interact with physicians, nursing staff, medical staff, patients, visitors, administration and other health care providers
• You will participate in the recruiting, hiring, directing, counseling, and evaluation of staff
• You will facilitate staff development and assist with orientation of new employees
• You will approve shift scheduling for unit employees and ensure proper staffing at all times

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Intensive Care Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications :

Salary Range : $95-105K (may be able to push for $108-110K for a really strong candidate)

Annual merit : Raises every July
