This role is perfect for a cinematic visual operator who can shoot fast, edit clean, and make every clip feel like it belongs in a Nike film or a Bourdain episode.
What You’ll Be Doing (8 hrs / week) :
BTS of strategy, ops, whiteboarding, focus work
Visual tension, silence, power — not just energy
1–2 reels / week (mindset, ops, philosophy)
60-sec cinematic brand drop (monthly)
Cut clean B-roll banks for future use
What We’re Looking For :
Own camera gear (DSLR / cinema, gimbal, lighting, mics)
Bonus : Love for storytelling, Bourdain vibes, system thinkers
Pay :
$50 / hr based on skill + taste
8 hrs / week (starting)
