We are seeking a talented Front-End Web Developer to join our growing team in Houston, TX. Most of the sites we manage are a blend that uses WordPress and static HTML pages. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JS), who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience building high-performance websites and a passion for user experience, design, and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • ? Develop, maintain, and enhance websites with a focus on clean, scalable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JS). ? Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to bring concepts to life with attention to detail and functionality.
  • ? Ensure best practices in web development are followed, prioritizing usability, speed, and scalability.
  • ? Troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance website performance and user experience.
  • ? Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to implement cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • ? 2+ years of professional experience in front-end web development with a focus on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • ? Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and libraries like jQuery.
  • ? Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality across all tasks.
  • ? Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • ? A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and bringing innovative ideas to the table.

    • Proficiency and / or Familiarity with :

  • ? JavaScript (JS) & jQuery
  • ? SQL
  • ? XML Schemas
  • ? APIs
  • ? AWS
  • ? Git version control
  • ? Figma for wireframes / prototypes
