Leasing Office Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Leasing Office Manager to run the daily operations of our leasing office. This position combines leasing support, tenant relations, office administration, and light bookkeeping. The right candidate will be a self-starter who can learn quickly, take ownership, and operate independently with minimal supervision. You will be expected to manage leasing activity, support property owners, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure the office runs efficiently day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all leasing activities : respond to inquiries, process applications, conduct tours, and prepare leases / renewals.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants, prospects, and property owners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, leases, tenant communications, and property files.
- Oversee office operations including phones, emails, correspondence, supplies, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team and vendors to ensure timely work order completion.
- Process rent payments, track delinquencies, and assist with invoicing and reconciliation.
- Generate and deliver leasing, occupancy, and financial reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with Texas landlord / tenant laws and Fair Housing guidelines.

Self-Taught & Independent : You must be able to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities quickly without constant supervision.Accountability : You will be responsible for keeping the office organized, ensuring all leasing tasks are completed on time, and following through with tenants and owners.Attention to Detail : Accuracy in leases, tenant records, and financial entries is required.Professionalism : Strong communication skills and customer service are essential when dealing with tenants, prospects, and property owners.Qualifications
3+ years in leasing, office management, or property management support.Strong multitasking and organizational skills.Bookkeeping / accounting experience (rent posting, invoices, receipts, reconciliations).Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (DoorLoop, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).Strong written and verbal communication.Must be dependable, proactive, and results-oriented.Pay & Incentives
$20 – $23 per hour , based on experience.Commission and incentive opportunities available for performance.Schedule
Monday – Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PMRotating Saturdays : 11 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PMThis role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, can work independently with high accountability, and wants the opportunity to grow within a property management environment.
