At L.J. Lechtenberg Strategic Financial Partners, our client-focused approach makes the difference. We are seeking to add a like-minded individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager fosters and deepens client relationships throughout the financial review process. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, coachable, dependable, eager, and have a positive attitude!

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Manage and deepen client relationships with effective communication and personalized attention in every interaction
• Support the firm's growth
• Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested
• Schedule, attend, and facilitate client meetings
• Manage referrals effectively
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetings
• Create and maintain records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Participate in marketing efforts including seminars and other client-facing events
• Actively engage in available training / cross-training and educational and / or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and procedures

Education : High School (HS) (Required)

Work Experience : General Experience - 3 to 6 years

Certifications : Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

Travel : Less than 25%
