We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Seasonal Category Margin Director to join us in advancing the industry forward. You will play a key role in developing the seasonal and long-range margin planning process in partnership with Product / Design, Production & Sourcing, Merchandising and Planning teams. You will be responsible for developing a margin planning framework taking into consideration price value proposition, product mix, SKU productivity / assortment efficiency, and product costing optimization. You will bring top-notch financial support, challenge the Product & Merchandising teams to support delivery of Financial and Strategic objectives, provide business transparency, marketplace expertise, financial guidance and recommendations to business partners to facilitate fact-based decision making.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting seasonal and long-range Product Margin targets that ladder back to long-term strategic goals
- Analyze and simulate costing impacts to support planning gates and to maximize profitability
- Provide recommendations, risks & opportunities, and decision support
- Develop or enhance tools, systems, and reporting needed to support robust preseason and in-season analysis, tracking and transparency across channels / product categories
Qualifications
5-7 years of FP&A experience with extensive experience in margin planningKnowledge of SKIMS products, consumer trends, retail metrics, inventory management, supply chain, and the impact of pricing changes on business & financial performance is highly desirableYou will partner with functional business leaders as well as finance leadership to drive our business toward increased and sustained profitabilityBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferredExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and analytics tool (Looker)Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior managementAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityBenefits

Compensation : $150,000 - $170,000 / year
