Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the seamless management of a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will work closely with producers, underwriters, and other internal teams to provide tailored risk management solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on insurance policies.
• Collaborate with sales producers and underwriters to design and present comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to meet clients' unique business needs.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews with clients to discuss coverage options, identify potential gaps, and assess evolving insurance needs.
• Assist with claims processing by guiding clients through procedures and liaising with insurers for efficient resolution.
• Monitor and document client interactions in the agency management system to ensure transparency and continuity of service.
• Stay current with insurance industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide informed advice to clients.
• Actively contribute to ongoing process improvements, team collaboration, and department initiatives.
