Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT Manager of DevSecOps to lead a team of engineers focused on delivering secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery platforms and pipelines. This leader will play a critical role in shaping and executing Marathon Petroleum's DevSecOps strategy, enabling agile software development and improving technical capabilities that drive measurable business impact.
The IT Manager will oversee daily operations, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and ensure solutions aligned with enterprise standards for security, governance, and resiliency. In addition to driving technology outcomes, this role provides strong leadership by recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent while collaborating across business, infrastructure, and security teams to maximize value.
