Position Overview :
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support throughout the Inland Group and reports to the Director, Inland Fluids, located in the Charlotte Corporate office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) :
Coordinate conference calls and meeting requestsPrepare minutes for weekly conference callsCoordinate travel arrangementsManage inventory of office stationery and other office suppliesAssist with the processing of credit card payments on the commercial accountsManage mail / courier pick-up and distribution and bank depositsMaintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practicesPromote good relations with suppliers and subcontractors that supply good and services to InlandWork cooperatively with all team members and external stakeholders involved in the completion of assigned dutiesFoster a team environment and create a "group culture"Drive and maintain a high level of efficiency and productivityPerform / complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required and / or by requestRequired Skills and Experience :
Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentCertificate in Office Administration preferredIntermediate computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong attention to detail when entering data accurately and efficientlySelf-starter with ability to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are metWilling to learn new skills and adapt to change in order to support the growth of the companyWorking experience or education in an accounting role, preferably Accounts Payable considered as an assetWork requires continual attention-to-detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlinesWork Environment :
