Your Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive healthcare services to children, including routine check-ups and complex health management.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance pediatric health outcomes.
  • Engage with families to promote preventive care and healthy lifestyles.
  • Stay updated with the latest pediatric healthcare practices and guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Board-certified Pediatrics Physician.
  • Passion for child healthcare and commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

    • Working Conditions

    This is a full-time position within a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and their families.

    Benefits That Matter

  • Competitive Salary : $190,000 - $200,000
  • Paid Time Off : Starting at 3 weeks, based on years of service
  • CME Support : 5 days and $3,000 annually (does not rollover)
  • Health Benefits : Group Health, Life, Dental, and Disability (State Health Plan shared 70% / 30%)
  • Malpractice Coverage : Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA)
  • Retirement Plan : 401K with 3% of salary after 3 months of service (fully vested after 1000 hours)
  • Paid Holidays : 11 per year
  • Loan Repayment : Participation in the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program
