Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with outstanding benefits in the greater Fort Wayne, Indiana area . This is a 2nd shift position with OT.
- Troubleshoot; diagnose; and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
- Provide P.M. for facilities equipment and production equipment.
- Suggest modifications and improvements to PM and accurately document time and materials on PM forms or work order.
- Determine possible maintenance problems, identify, and repair.
- Monitor equipment performance. Notify supervision of deviations to normal speeds.
- Review and provide input on production fixtures and new facility equipment
- Support cost savings programs for the manufacturing site.
- Support housekeeping programs for the manufacturing site.
