What You’ll Do : In this role, you’ll find and guide families through one of life’s most important decisions – finding the right home and care for their loved ones. From in-home care to independent living, assisted living to skilled nursing , you’ll be the trusted advisor who makes the process easier. You will conduct assessments, recommend tailored solutions, coordinate and attend tours of communities , and stand by clients each step of the way. It’s a chance to make a real difference every day, bringing clarity and comfort to families in need.

What Makes This Role Unique : Unlike many placement agencies, we work for the family – not for any facility. Paths Law Firm’s placement service is free of conflicts of interest , meaning no divided loyalties . We don’t have contracts with care facilities; our only contract is with the client to do what’s best for them. Perhaps you have experience in social work, senior living admissions, healthcare marketing, or care coordination . You’re compassionate, great with people , and love the idea of being out in the community making connections.
