Position : Production Technician III

Location : Norcross, GA, 30071

Duration : 2-4 Months

Job Type : Temporary Assignment

Work Type : On-Site

Shift : 6.30AM-5.00PM

Payrate : $ 20.00 - 20.00 / hr.

Description :

  • To provide day-to-day operations support for all Manufacturing areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for the fulfillment of daily / weekly production support schedule and adapt to schedule and personnel changes to ensure internal and external customers' needs and deliveries made.
  • Assembling bottle preparation for manufacturing use, manifold assembly and other components.
  • Perform washroom activities, staging and setting up bottles for production use, maintaining inventory.
  • Weighing out, diluting, and verifying chemicals for in-process solutions (working in weights and measurements).
  • Able to physically lift and carry up to 50lbs or more, without assistance and work on your feet for long duration.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment, use of an autoclave
  • Responsible for ensuring all materials, equipment, and tooling is available (inventory maintenance) as required.
  • Responsible for training on all procedures assigned.
  • The ability to be cross trained to assist in other production areas / departments as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
  • Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, manufacturing records).
  • Follow GMP documents (SOPs, Manufacturing Records), with strict adherence to safety and compliance.
  • Responsible for ongoing FDA compliance.
  • Follows OSHA safety regulations for bloodborne pathogens.
  • Understands FDA and ISO standards applicable to the department and consequences of non-conformance.
  • Interacts cooperatively with coworkers, supervisors, or managers of other departments,
  • Receives direction well from superiors, and follows the RITA values at all times.
  • Creates legible and accurate written records.5-7 years of work experience
