Effectively assist with the renewal process for existing Commercial Insurance accounts, including but not limited to : tracking upcoming renewal progress, maintaining weekly renewal reports comprised of expiring terms compared to quoted terms to date.
Work with production team to provide submission support in that of property valuations, geolocation maps, schedule of values, and client file management.
Work with production team to put together complete new business submissions.
Initiate contact with clients periodically to ensure a high-level of client satisfaction.
Closely work with Client Managers to negotiate with carriers to secure broad coverage and competitive pricing and terms for existing clients.
Proof proposals prior to delivery to AE and / or Producer Work with Clients and carriers to coordinate loss control visits and loss recommendation compliance.
Assist Client Managers with maintaining thorough documentation through the use and maintenance of marketing files, emails, and all other forms of communication Maintain and monitor daily suspense to follow up on items requested by Account Executive and carriers.
Coordinate the delivery of agency value-added resources as needed for clients.
Requirements :
4-year college degree. 2+ years Property & Casualty insurance work experience, is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer focus and the ability to work as part of a team with Producer, Account Executive, Client Managers and Client Representatives.
Excellent analytical skills for evaluating loss experience Strong ability to research market niches Excellent computer skills (Insurance Data Mgmt.
Systems, Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel).
The ability to clearly and effectively communicate via phone, email, in person and in writing.
