As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring superior product quality and implementing effective quality management systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for enhancing manufacturing processes within Aerospace.
A premier aerospace manufacturer specializing in the design, production, and testing of advanced antenna systems used across space, defense, and commercial platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support Engineering and Operations teams to ensure designs and fabricated products meet all customer and AS9100 quality requirements.
- Develop, document, and maintain quality procedures and inspection processes in alignment with internal and external standards.
- Perform detailed part inspections using precision measurement tools and CMMs to verify conformance to drawings and specifications.
- Create and conduct quality training sessions for new hires and team members to promote adherence to established quality practices.
- Lead and participate in internal audits , nonconformance investigations, and corrective / preventive action activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality flow-down requirements and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.4+ years of experience in quality assurance and AS9100.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an engineering environment.Knowledge of quality standards and best practices in the aerospace industry.Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.Job Offer

Desired Skills and Experience
