Base pay range

$110,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring superior product quality and implementing effective quality management systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for enhancing manufacturing processes within Aerospace.

A premier aerospace manufacturer specializing in the design, production, and testing of advanced antenna systems used across space, defense, and commercial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering and Operations teams to ensure designs and fabricated products meet all customer and AS9100 quality requirements.
• Develop, document, and maintain quality procedures and inspection processes in alignment with internal and external standards.
• Perform detailed part inspections using precision measurement tools and CMMs to verify conformance to drawings and specifications.
• Create and conduct quality training sessions for new hires and team members to promote adherence to established quality practices.
• Lead and participate in internal audits , nonconformance investigations, and corrective / preventive action activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality flow-down requirements and continuous process improvement.
