Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour days (07 : 00 – 19 : 30)

Hours per Week : 36

Nurse to Patient Ratio : 1 : 4

Charting System : Cerner

Scrub Color : Color of Choice

Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state

At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Experience with Cerner electronic charting preferred

ER Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care to individuals with emergency conditions, including sepsis, CHF, trauma, chest pain, stroke, lacerations, and orthopedic emergencies

Respond promptly to trauma, stroke, and chest pain cases

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner

Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
