Job Summary :

The Supply Chain Program Manager leads cross-functional initiatives that enhance supplier performance, agricultural alignment, and end-to-end supply reliability within a short shelf-life food industry. This role manages a portfolio of projects focused on cost optimization, waste reduction, freshness performance, and supplier responsiveness — all critical to supporting Bonduelle’s mission to deliver healthy, plant-based foods at peak freshness.

Operating within a dynamic, time-sensitive supply chain, the Program Manager drives improvements in supplier reliability, Ag Ops coordination, and real-time visibility across sourcing, planning, and logistics. This position partners closely with Agricultural Operations, Supply & Demand Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams to align field-level production with plant processing schedules and customer demand — ensuring products reach consumers with maximum freshness and minimal waste.

What You Will Do :

Supplier & Ag Ops Management

• Partner with Ag Ops teams and growers to align raw material availability, harvest timing, and crop yields with production and demand requirements.
• Drive supplier initiatives that balance cost, freshness, and continuity of supply for short shelf-life categories.
• Conduct supplier and grower capability assessments focused on harvest reliability, quality, and yield efficiency.
• Lead performance reviews with suppliers and Ag Ops partners to address service level, waste %, and product utilization.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Ag Ops to identify packaging and process innovations that extend shelf life and reduce losses across the field-to-fork value chain.

What you’ll bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business, Food Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in food supply chain, planning, or procurement, ideally within short shelf-life or perishable categories.

Experience collaborating with Agricultural Operations or grower networks in raw material planning or harvest coordination.

Strong analytical and financial acumen; proven ability to quantify yield, waste, and cost improvements.

Proficiency in ERP and analytics systems (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits :

The base salary for this role typically ranges from $100,000 to $118,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including skills, experience, expertise, and location.
