Summary

Cleans and maintains all areas of the Foodservice Department according to safety, sanitation and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

Complies with internal policies and procedures, as well as, regulatory requirements / standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation.May transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas.Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment, using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.Performs warewashing duties per safety guidelines. Can include but is not limited to : dishmachine and three compartment pot sink.Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste / trash.
