Key Responsibilities
Gather information, research and resolve inquiries, and log applicant calls efficiently
Build rapport with students and meet interaction goals while answering questions about admission processes
Provide help desk services via phone, email, and chat, assisting students with college applications and related queries
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Pass a criminal background check
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
