We’re looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our Irrigation Crew . As an Irrigation Technician , you’ll help install, repair, and maintain center pivot irrigation systems on farms and agricultural properties. This is hands-on, outdoor work that’s essential to helping our customers keep their crops watered and growing strong.

Compensation : $21.50+ DOE

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with the installation and setup of center pivot irrigation systems
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on pivots
• Work with electrical, hydraulic, and water systems
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and loaders
• Help dig trenches, lay pipe, and wire systems as needed
• Keep tools, trucks, and work areas clean and organized
• Communicate with team leads and customers professionally and respectfully

Qualifications : What You’ll Need :

✅ Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons

✅ Experience running equipment (backhoe, trencher, etc.) – required

✅ Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and mechanical systems

✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude

✅ Ability to work well with a crew and follow direction

✅ Valid driver's license

✅ Ag or irrigation experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
