Are you a dedicated Respiratory Therapist ready to deliver life-saving cardiopulmonary services with compassion and expertise? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic healthcare team, providing vital respiratory care to inpatients and outpatients in a busy hospital setting. This is your opportunity to contribute to patient recovery and support clinical excellence in a supportive, professional environment.

What You’ll Bring :

  • NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
  • Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
  • Proven experience assisting with invasive and non-invasive procedures
  • Strong skills in ventilator management, airway maintenance, arterial line insertion, intubations, and blood gas analysis
  • Ability to follow established protocols and collaborate effectively with medical staff

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with pulmonary function studies and cardiac / pulmonary stress testing
  • Previous experience working in hospital settings with ventilator management
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

    • Preferred Education and Experience :

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical respiratory therapy experience
  • Previous travel or temporary assignment experience is a plus
  • Relevant certifications and ongoing professional development

    • Other Requirements :

  • Attach all required certifications (NBRC RRT, WA RT license, ACLS, BLS) to your application
  • Must be able to work overnight shifts (6 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and adapt to float to different units as needed
