Our General Sales Managers are responsible for building a successful sales team and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for every guest that results in increased store sales, profitability, and customer loyalty. The General Sales Manager is responsible for developing and leading a team of retail professionals in the implementation of the company’s sales approach, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators, and ensure that company policies and operating procedures are being meet.
