Garrity Insulation, celebrating 35 years in business, is seeking a highly experienced insulation sales professional with the leadership skills to handle day-to-day management tasks and help drive company growth.

The Role

You will manage your own accounts while overseeing project execution, supporting field crews, and working directly with ownership on strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role with a well-respected, family-owned company that values professionalism, quality, and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Prepare and present detailed bids and proposals
• Oversee project scheduling, material procurement, and quality control
• Support and guide installation teams for efficiency and excellence
• Assist with operational decision-making and business development initiatives
• Read and interpret building plans
